UGC policy

We’re building Kunbi Skin with real people in mind. People who glow, share, and show up honestly. That’s always been the point.

When you tag @kunbiskin or use any of our branded hashtags (like #kunbiskin #kunbicam #cleanskin #cleanskincrew #kleanskinklub etc), you’re giving us the go-ahead to share your content across our platforms. This could include:

  • Reposts on our Instagram, TikTok, or website
  • Email newsletters and customer spotlights
  • Paid ads and sponsored posts (because let’s be real - your skin is the campaign)
  • Any other Kunbi Skin marketing channels

We’ll always aim to credit your @handle because your voice and visibility matter to us.

If you ever change your mind and want us to take your post down, just email us at ugc@kunbiskin.com with the link or @name, and we’ll handle it quickly. No awkward vibes.

By tagging or mentioning us, you confirm you own the rights to your content and are happy for Kunbi Skin to use it under a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence - that includes editing, reposting, and featuring it in our marketing.

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Kunbi Skin Ltd is a UK-registered company (Company No. 14953679) with its registered office at 31 Howcroft Crescent, London, England, N3 1PA.

By tagging @kunbiskin, mentioning us in a caption, or using our branded hashtags (including but not limited to #kunbiskin and #kunbicam), you grant Kunbi Skin Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, repost, share, edit, and repurpose that content across any of our owned or paid marketing channels. These may include:

  • Our website and e-commerce store
  • Our official social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, TikTok)
  • Email campaigns and digital newsletters
  • Paid advertisements and retargeting campaigns
  • Press, promotional materials, or lookbooks

Wherever possible, Kunbi Skin will credit your original handle or name. However, in some instances this may not be technically feasible.

By tagging or mentioning Kunbi Skin, you confirm you own the rights to the content or have all necessary permissions, and that sharing this content will not infringe any third-party rights (e.g. copyright, privacy, publicity).

If you'd prefer not to have your content shared, or wish to revoke consent, email us at ugc@kunbiskin.com and we will remove it promptly.
