Ask any microbiologist to design the perfect bacterial growth chamber. They'd describe your bathroom.
The fact
Bacteria multiply exponentially between 20°C and 40°C in high humidity. That's the average bathroom for most of the day.
What to do about it
You can't dry the bathroom. You can stop reusing cotton in it.
